Zambrano Gruba Caganda & Advincula welcomes Atty. Antero Jose M. Caganda as the Firm’s new Managing Partner. Beginning September 8, he will oversee the Firm’s daily operations and lead the Firm in implementing strategic management decisions.

Prior to becoming the Firm’s Managing Partner, Atty. Caganda served as Partner from 2002 and as Co-Managing Partner with Atty. Lily Gruba from 2020 onwards.

Atty. Lily Gruba will continue to serve as the Firm’s Senior Counsel. She remains a vital part of the practice, particularly the tax and banking work. She will continue to provide advice on management operations and strategic planning. She will be in charge of maintaining key client relationships and will share insights on big projects and cases.

Atty. Kimberly Joy L. Baraoidan as the Firm’s newest Junior Partner

The Firm also welcomes Atty. Kimberly Joy L. Baraoidan as its newest member in the partnership. Atty. Baraoidan will serve as one of the key partners in the Firm’s taxation and corporate law team. She currently represents a wide array of clients engaged in different industries such as banking, energy, and manufacturing, among others.

Promotion of new Senior Associate

The Firm also announced the promotion of Atty. Ronhel Vinn A. Papa as Senior Associate. His areas of practice include general corporate law, securities, Public-Private Partnerships, and litigation.
