Ayn Tolentino specializes in court litigation and dispute resolution. She mainly handles litigation cases involving labor and employment, special proceedings, commercial, tax, civil and criminal law.

Ayn has represented a diverse set of clients engaged in various industries, including domestic universal banks and a gaming and leisure corporation, before the courts and quasi-judicial bodies. She is also currently representing a leading steel corporation before the Court of Tax Appeals for cancellation of tax assessment and suspension of tax collection.

Since 2018, Ayn has participated in international arbitration cases filed before the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC) and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and formed part of the legal teams that represented both local and foreign clients, including an Indonesian group of companies engaged in toll road and infrastructure projects and one of the largest universal banks in the Philippines.

Other matters of significance which Ayn has been involved in include advising clients on labor, corporate, and tax matters; reviewing commercial and employment contracts; assisting foreign clients on immigration concerns; and, processing extra-judicial settlement of estates of deceased individuals. She has likewise gained experience in conducting due diligence in relation to proposed acquisitions of banks and other entities.

Ayn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature at the University of the Philippines-Diliman and thereafter studied in the Philippine Christian University for her Bachelor of Laws degree. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.
