Josine’s practice focuses mainly on general corporate law, commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions.

Josine acts as adviser on various corporate and commercial matters of both local and international corporations.

Prior to joining ZGLaw, Josine had experience in handling civil, criminal, labor, and tax litigation before the regular and appellate courts.

Josine obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Asia and Pacific and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020. She took her undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Management in the same university.
