Erin obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Far Eastern University and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. She obtained Bachelor of Economics degrees in Business Management and Marketing from New York University and New York University Shanghai.

During law school, Erin was a member of the FEU Moot Court Council and was an intern at the UP Law Center.
