Francis obtained his Master of Laws degree from Kyushu University in 2024, under the Japanese government’s MEXT scholarship. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 2023. Prior to all of this, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2017.
