Pram obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University – School of Law where she successfully completed all the requirements for the Corporate Law and Business Track and Corporate Finance stream. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and received her BS Accountancy degree from De La Salle University – Manila. 

Prior to joining Gruba Law, Pram worked at another law firm where she handled matters related to taxation, corporate law, data privacy, public-private partnerships, and energy law. 

Pram also has experience working in corporate as a former management trainee in a garments manufacturing company that supplies more than 75 stores nationwide.
