Donn obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law with a Certificate of Completion of the Intellectual Property Law stream and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
