We are delighted to announce the promotion of Pramela D. Menghrajani to Senior Associate of the Firm, effective 1 January 2026.

Pramela is a CPA-lawyer whose practice focuses on Tax, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Restructuring. She is widely recognised for her excellent business acumen, strong problem-solving capabilities, and her exemplary handling of large and complex matters. Her contributions and leadership on significant projects have been a true credit to the Firm.
