The lawyers and staff of ZGLaw extend their sincere condolences to the family and colleagues of Fr. Joaquin G. Bernas, Society of Jesus.

Fr. B, as we have fondly called him, was both a professional and spiritual mentor to us and a guiding moral compass in particularly difficult periods. We are indeed fortunate that despite his highly esteemed reputation in the legal profession, he has generously spared us his time to touch our personal lives.

He will be missed.
